How would you buy this
I have a home that we are considering buying. The owners need to close fast so they can move.
The home is valued @195-205k.
They want 95k for the home . Estimate of 30-40k in repairs.
We don't have the cash to close as quickly as the owners want . Considering using a HML for purchase then Refi to pay them off.
What's your thoughts .
