Can you buy at the court house with 1032 funds
I recently sold a house under the 1031 provision. Has anyone successfuly purchased the replacement property at the court house auction? I would like to have as many options available since I only have like 30 days to find the property or identify the 3 properties from which I will have to buy within the 180 days.
