I want to start investing in nj I'm 20 years old and my dads a contractor I found a property with these characteristics Asking price: 420k Offer price 400k Rehab :30k Arv: 660k Location: jersey shore (no flood zone) I found a partner in this but what do you guys think? I plan to buy and hold
