Hey guys! This is my first post here so i wanted to share a bit of good news. I recently found a good house in buffalo and purchased it. Just waiting for the closing to happen so I'm pretty excited. This will be my first purchase and it will be a buy and hold deal. I can't wait to see how it goes and i will definitely ask questions if i need any help!
