Can a wholesaler take advantage of assest based lending?

while having a recent deal close that was deeply under market value and very cheap it me thinking about possibly doing some small fix and flips or buy and holds in the future. With that being said as a wholesaler are there anyways for me to use a asset based lender to possibly invest in a property in the future? How much could I anticipate putting down as a down payment? How much does the fico score matter? Laslty what would make the deal be appealing to a asset based lender considering I dont have experience in a fix & flip or buy and holds?
