Hello I am looking for some insight as to what other investors are using for site selection? Do you go where the deals are or do you zone in on a particular neighbourhood? Do you integrate data into your process, do prefer to drive around neighbourhoods or a something else ? How are you identifying neighbourhoods that may be experiencing or about to experience gentrification?
