Mortgage in LLC name
I plan on transferring a 4-unit building I purchased with cash with other investors into an LLC we created for the building. If we do this and once the renovations are complete, will mortgage companies look at the LLC's managing member's credit worthiness if we decided to do a cash out refinance? Also, will the 4-unit's mortgage appear on the managing members credit or will it only be on LLC's credit?
