Jumping In To Wholesale

So for anyone that has read my previous posts, you know that i am 18 and maybe 2 weeks ago i first considered wholesaling real estate. Well i now am partnered with a real estate agent and jumping into this (not letting it get in the way of my education). 

Now i just need some advise/input on proven ways to find motivated sellers. I could just read on the internet, but i feel like i should hear from people who have implemented these methods and have benefited them.
