Can i buy off of zillow to wholesale?

When it comes down to wholesaling, should we only find home owners that sell for themselves or can we buy off of zillow? There are some homes listed on zillow from an agent in my town that i would be interested in wholesaling to another investor! Can it be done since is getting sold by a real estate agent or would it only work if i was planning on doing rehab?

Agents can break a deal very quickly. Wholesalers in my market stay away from agents because of their lack of investing knowledge. You can find FSBO on Zillow and they are worth reaching out to. Just read through them carefully because my wholesalers also use this section to advertise their deals. Best wishes.
