Advice for a new member- multi-unit rentals

Hello all, I'm new to the real estate game [and bigger pockets] and was thinking of purchasing multi-unit properties in the Rochester NY area. However, I cannot live there for at least the next year due to my current job. Are there good property management companies in the area that could help me on this endeavor? Or any advice on the best way to manage from a distance? Thanks!
