Seeking Advice on Value on a Chattanooga property
Seeking advice from a chattanooga professional on a single family property. I don't typically buy in this market so I'm a bit unfamiliar - actually VERY unfamiliar. Looking for a baseline as the seller is already letting it go cheap and just want to make sure I make the most of it if I decide to structure a wholesale offering. Cheers!
