Auction.com review and feedback

Hey BP community, I wanted to ask anyone who has dealt with auction.com how their experience was? I was the highest bidder on a house which closed on a Friday and they needed all the paperwork, earnest money deposit, and proof of funds all within 24hrs. Well once I got the email, the bank was closed and couldn't do anything until Monday. I got into contact with them and they said no later than Monday have those things turned in. Well you shouldn't close on a Friday if you require 24hour response. Anyway after that, it took me 2 days to get the signed contract to them because their fax wasn't working apparently and couldn't get access to scan in the paperwork to send back via email. I eventually got everything sent in after 2 days and they said it will take a week to hear back from the seller if the deal is accepted. The seller is Wells Fargo so I'm hoping for a quick response. Also I'm using this house as a flip. Any other people have any feedback about them?
