Potential Home Vacancy
Last spring I bought items from a yard sale not far from my house. In the past few months I noticed that the same house always has a porch light on and a car parked under the carport but the lights inside of the house are always off. I drive pass this house several times a day and nothing changes.
Zillow says the house was just purchased in 2014 some so I'm thinking it's a little soon to have foreclosed on the house (maybe not). Also, the folks at the yard sale I'm almost certain are not in the military.
What should I make of this? How can I find out what's going on with this house? If it is going into foreclosure, how can I go about purchasing it? My thought is to buy and resell. It appears to be in really good condition.
