Any do all inclusive.
My question is, has anyone done a all inclusive rental. My wife has a coworker who would like to rent our upper duplex but she prefers everything in our name. Minus cable. Any thoughts?
Was thinking maybe a fixed rate on utilities and if you exceed A specific amount and she pays differences.
