Looking for active wholesalers in Central Texas
Hello!
I'm seeking out active wholesalers in the Central Texas area, preferably Austin to San Antonio. I'm looking to take my real estate career to the next level and start doing some flips. I will be buying 3-5 flips in 2017, so I'm actively looking right now to get started. I want to keep things on the cheaper side to begin with, under 150K would be great. I'm interested in houses that are in distress with upside potential. I am not afraid of B or C areas as well. I have a lender who will back me, I just need deals to analyze and send to them! I'm always checking my BP account so reach out and lets make 2017 a profitable year!!
