Mortgage Tax Incentive ??
Hello , BP community !!
I heard there is a kind of mortgage would offer tax incentive. For example, 30 yrs fixed / 4% ; we make mortgage monthly as regular mortgage payment but by the end of the year, mortgage lender would kick back 1% of that year accumulated interested; so it would be about 3% interest.
Has anyone heard about such mortgage incentive program?
