I was recently contacted by a seller with a property located in 93711. The home is in the mid $700 range, but I wanted to find out whether investors were buying at that price point in that area. We typically stick with homes up to the $350k range, so I am a little out of my depth. Any insight?

@Akmauri Glymph is it the house on W Bluff Ave? If so, that guy is trying to get a hold of everybody and his numbers are smoking crack. Worth $700k. If it's the same house. Anything around that price range and you're looking at a very high days on market for Fresno.
