Legal Separate Parcels
Hi Everyone,
I am considering buying 10 acres of land that is being marketed as two separate 5 acre parcels. My intention would be to build houses on each of the parcels and sell them separately, but when I look at the paperwork on the property there is only 1 parcel number not 2. Does this mean I can't sell each of the 5 acre's separately? Thanks is advance for your replies.
