three condos being sold together
Help!! I am looking at this deal.
1 unit is 3/2 which I would move into
2 units 2/2 that would rent out.
Questions are along the best way to go about closing this transaction. Would I even be able to think about a bank for this, FHA or otherwise???
Any Lenders care to chime in??
