How to find an investor partner as a GC

Looking to do my first flip in the Charlotte, NC area soon and was wondering how I could go about finding someone to work with. I'm a general contractor and I figured that would be a good selling point knowing we wouldn't have to find one and it would all be in house work. Any input is appreciated.
