Ejectment or Eviction
I recently acquired a property in South NJ, via an auction from a bank. Bank had listed it as occupied and that buyer would have the responsibility of taking ownership. I closed a day back via a title company. I don't know if its owner occupied or tenant. What is the best course of action I take?
