How will President elect Trump effect real estate investing?

No matter your option of the man, he will become our President this month.  The real estate investing community will be effected.

I would be curious to hear ideas about how RE will look over the next 4-8 years.

Interest rates?

Availability of money

Employment

economy growth

Regulation like Dod Frank

I request we keep the conversation focused on the business and not a battle of party ideologies.

DEREGULATE and make America Great!!   Can't wait.  I believe its going to be a great time to be in real estate investing, having a real estate investor in the White House.  I think he will get rid of Dodd Frank and many other dumb regulations, while also changing the tax structure to be more beneficial, which will create many more jobs and opportunities for business owners to expand their business.

Interest rates - will go up some

Availability of money - will improve because of deregulation

Employment - will improve

economy growth - will improve

Regulation like Dodd Frank - will go away
