​what are some of the things I need to look out for before selling property cash? What documents or verification do I ask for from buyer to make the transaction go smoothly and professional as the seller? He sent me an agreement to purchase real estate yesterday so I'm looking for the best approach.

If you have no idea, it would be best to talk to a qualified person like an attorney who can advise you about the agreement (contract) and look out for your best interest.
