Hello.

I'm curious to know how agents here on BP started their careers. What form of marketing did you start doing?

How much did you spend and how productive was it?

I'm targeting a community with 545 townhomes that range in price from $350k - $600k. I can market to the entire community twice per month for around $600.

I'm curious to know how other agents market, and the cost.
