Suggestion about a rental property
Hello Biggerpocket I would like some suggestion there is a property that im trying to make an offer on here is the deal. The property is a 3 bed 2 bath is listed at 98k has been sitting on the market for about 107 days property doesn’t need any repairs the comps in my are for this house is 150k. By the way the property is up the street from my college rent so rent around here is about 600 per room. So I was wondering if i can can offer 80k because its been on the market for a while.
