Termite bond vs treatment
What's the difference between a termite bond vs treatment? This SFR is my first REI purchase, less than 1000 sq ft, built in the 1940's with a crawl space in Alabama. The seller refused to provide a termite bond but asked to pay half attorney fees and title (which I was to pay 100% per my offer....strange?) Thank you for any insight and information!
