Location, Location and Location are the there major factors for real estate. When I first moved to Houston, I am very confused about where to invest. I have to browse all over the internet to find information. But finally I got a FREE app, Location Facts, which reveals all the information I need in the neighborhood! Let me share this with newbies who has no idea about Houston. And maybe this app is also a good reference for real estate agents. In general users can tap any locations on the map or input address to get detailed geographic, demographical and vicinity reports in the neighborhood, e.g. population age, income, race, languages, insurance, education, occupation， crimes within the last four years, property appraisal value distribution, health and safety factors, etc.. All data comes from U.S Census Bureau and government agencies. Currently reports are only available in Harris county, TX.
