New condo in Herriman UT
Looking at buying a new 3 bed 2 bath condo in Herriman UT for a rental. I feel it's in a great up and coming location next to the new Real Salt Lake Soccer Academy, as well as new community college and there are plans to do a shopping center below. I'm thinking I can get about $1300 a month. Any advice you can give a newbie, rent rate, pros and cons... anything is greatly appreciated
