Homstead Multiplex Property in Georgai

Hi BP Community,

I am newer member to the BP Forums, I have a general tax question.  I am considering house hacking a multifamily property, triplex or quadplex in the state of Georgia.

Since I will be an owner occupant can I homestead the taxes on the property?  

Will the homestead apply to the entire property or just 1/3 or 1/4?
