Buying with No Money in the UK
Okay, so I would like to become a property developer but have literally no money and don't know where to start. I live in the UK so any advice and guidance would be appreciated. I want to renovate houses and sell them for profit and find other ways to make money through property but would like to start renovating houses first. Do I go to the bank and talk to a mortgage advisor, a loan provider, someone who can get me a bigger loan, where, who? Who do I talk to? What do I do to get started?
