Newbie Subject to properties
Hello, I am new to the forum looking to buy real-estate subject to done with banks for now want to build my asset column. I have done lots of studying however have a few questions been looking up pre-foreclosure on the market for over 90days or more through Zillow that's in default. The listings list agents to contact. I don't want to contact the agent only the owner how do I go about doing that?
