Getting started in RE with no capital

Garrett Pickering

My name is Garrett Pickering and I am 19 years old. I am about to obtain my RE license and I am looking for capital to invest into buy & hold properties. I am wondering if it would be a smart idea to make the capital wholesaling with no money down? What other niches would you reccomend for beginning in real estate? I have a pretty minimal amount of money to begin with so I am hoping to come up with an effective strategy for the area I live in (Tucson, Arizona) . Any and all feedback is appreciated. Happy flipping!

@Garrett Pickering - Good for you! I wish I had gotten started at 19! My biggest suggestion is to find someone awesome who is working some way in REI and go to work for them. Learn lots, save money and start house hacking ASAP! You will be able to start working on your credit and be able to have a good down payment when you find a great duplex/tri/multi to house hack. Good luck!
