I'm looking to invest in under 70k real estate properties either sfh or multi family with good cash flow. I own a few properties in various suburbs in Chicagoland although good deals are becoming harder to come by, property prices have gone up significantly. So I've decided to look at Harvey, IL or surrounding areas, including lake county Indiana. Does anyone have experience in any of those areas either owning rentals or living there? Can anyone offer any advise? Thanks
