Where can I find contracts?

I'm still very new to BP and I'm loving this site! I have done 2 deals in the past both which I got from wholesalers. I'm looking to market and try and get my own deals, but was wondering where can I find contracts to put in offers on the house if I'm not using an agent? I've seen some generic templates online but don't know how legal and legit they are! Also I'm in Florida if that makes a difference. Thanks in advance for any information!

Get a copy of the Florida FARBAR contract. That is all you need.
