Hello all,

I've been studying away but am still new to the REI world. Looking to jump into my first deal very soon but with the BRRR calculator giving the disclaimer message of potential bugs I'd feel more comfortable with an experienced investor looking over my numbers. I can send the pdf to anyone willing to take a look. Any help is much appreciated
