Looking for Dunedin Florida Investors to Network and Share Ideas

I am a Dunedin investor/agent who is looking to buy single family homes in Dunedin with cash (20-30 in the next year). Specifically targeting 3BR and 2BR houses (can close quickly).  

I would love to network with other investors in the area and bounce ideas off one another. Does anyone go to any good meet-ups in the area?
