Looking for a FLIP in West Adams, Los Angeles. Need agent

I am new to bigger pockets. To keep a long story short, I have found and worked on a flip for my parents in Brentwood but I am now looking to do a flip on my own in West Adams, Los Angeles. I am looking for an experienced real estate agent that has experience flipping and finding properties for investors on and off the MLS. Also, I am looking to connect with investors who work / have worked in the same area that would be willing to share any knowledge with me (lunch on me!).
