What is a solid cap rate in Nashville, Tennessee?
My wife and I are moving to Nashville sometime in April or May. I currently work in property management and have a good grasp on good to great cap rates here in Utah but am pretty clueless when it comes to Nashville. I recognize that everyone has different strategies but any thoughts on what a solid cap rate is in Nashville for SFH or Multis?
