This week I put a SF 3/2/2 under contract in Spring, TX. The strategy will be BRRRR and requires some upgrades in the kitchen and bath as well as other minor stuff to take off the dated look. Could anyone recommend a contractor or handyman in the area?

Hi Carlos, I just finished a remodel in Spring and, while we did not use a contractor, I did have a great experience with my cabinet guy, granite guy, and roofer. They all did quality work for good prices. If you need any of those services I can send you the information on who I used.
