Looking for PM in Cape Coral

I am about to close on a SFR in Cape Coral and I am not impressed with the contract that the PM sent me. I am not a lawyer but I have read enough contracts to know when the terms are all in favor of the PM. I am looking for a PM who truly has their client's interest at hear... not their own. Any recommendations?
