We have had a lot of luck with Craig's List but this time we are not getting any responses.  What other listing approaches are there in the Houston area.

I agree with Bob B. Zillow will post to Trulia and hot pads as well. I get 90% of the renter from there. Some of them even fill out most of the questions so I know a little bit about them before even meeting them.
