Finding wholesale buyers in the country Indiana

Hey guys!

I'm a wholesaler in Indianapolis, and have received a lead on what could possibly be a super hot deal!  

The problem is it is outside of the market that I usually work in and I don't have any buyers.  I would imagine that in a town like this (Wilkinson, IN) there might be one "deal" a year to be had, so how have you guys gone about finding buyers for this type of one off situation.

If you have it under contract, you can post on pages like CL, back page, here on bigger pockets. I personally message bp members who say they are investors in whatever market i am trying to wholesale. Good luck !
