Pennsylvania State Credit Union opinions?

Hello all. My question is simple. I am looking into getting in the game with my first rental. I know you can find multiple ways to finance. However I am in Pennsylvania and I am in a great credit called PSECU. It is the Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union. I am just curious if anyone in PA has worked with them in getting financing and how they made out. I love this CU however I know there are multiple ways to finance. Just curious if a credit union is a good way to go, or if there are far better ways to get your financing. If anyone has any experience working with them I'd love your input. Thank you!

What kind of properties are you looking at?

If you have equity in your own home, PSECU's HELOC is worth considering.

AmeriChoice FCU is another local Credit Union to consider.  They are investor friendly, good products and (last I checked), did not have a seasoning period for refinancing.

Combining these two CU's products make the BRRR strategy an option.
