What has been your experience with selling real estate via sites like realtybid.com and bid4assets.com? Specifically how close to market value did you get bids? Also, did the winning bidder actually close?

I have not had any luck with them.

For real estate, it would be best to post in a local auction site where interested parties can check the actual lot or property. This way, you get a higher percentage of sale online.

im really interested in this as well...i've been finding properties from realtybig and a few others very cheap...of course i would have to find out which areas not to get into and contact wholesalers and realtors as well but im sure you could probally gobble up a few and wholesale them out or rehab them if you like...what would your exit strategy be buddy chou?

Buddy Chou I haven't sold anything on the internet auction site, but in my area there has been approx. 10 the past 2 years. Sell Price to value has been 50%-65%.
