Real Estate License with a brokerage or independently
I'm currently working for a failing tech startup and am looking to change careers into the real estate realm. What is the best path to getting a real estate license? Do you have to go through a brokerage like Berkshire Hathaway? Can you do it independently? Would you do something totally different?
