Hi everyone

Id like to purchase a property in the midwest i started looking at Indianapolis but it seems Cleveland makes more sense.

Anybody successfully investing in Cleveland specifically SFH?

What are some areas where i can get rents from $1000-$1400?

And areas that are C+ and higher.

I did some research but id like your input!

Thank you

My favorite areas that will generate that much rent from a single family home would be Lakewood & Kamm's Corners neighborhood in Cleveland. I would consider both of these neighborhoods to be B-Class areas. The most money I earn from a single family home in my personal portfolio is $1,495/mo & that is located off of Rocky River Dr in the Kamm's Corners neighborhood. Property does very well for me. Note that we decked it out with granite & stainless steel appliances to attract the college educated millennials that wanted to live near the hopping nightlife that the neighborhood has to offer.
