Best places to flip in NJ? How is newark?
I have been looking for my first flip in bergen county but finding a place here that has good margin seems very hard. People just offer too much and outbid me even though i offer cash. So i was looking to take a look at newark. Always a lot of decent deals there but i am always scared if flips there will actually sell for anything good enough to leave profit. Anyone have experience flipping in newark nj?
