I am thinking of Arizona as a possible investment location. Does anyone have any info on the Arizona market? What is up and coming and what kind of real estate investments should I be focusing on?

It's pretty difficult to find fix and flip deals straight off the MLS these days. Gotta really work to find deals or know good wholesalers. Good deals are gone within a day or two and sometimes less than that.
