Next Hot spot areas San Antonio

Wanted to get the thoughts from my fellow cash buyers in regards to where you thing the next hot spot in town will be. I'm thinking the Denver heights subdivision along with the near east side spot as well. With it being so close to Dignowity and down town the values will eventually cap and start to bleed over. What are your thoughts and do you thing it'll be else where?
