Hey guys if you could relocte anywhere in the United States to start a Real estate sales and investing career where would it be? And why?

I'm currently living in the San francisco East Bay and the cost of living is through the roof. I'm 25 years old and jumping into the industry head first and would love to here some direction. Thanks!
